Delivery Information

Free Delivery:

We deliver all orders totalling AED500 direct to the address. Orders below this amount will be sent using the Royal Mail’s 1st class post. For security purposes, all deliveries sent DHL Express require a signature for proof of delivery. If you are not in when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card with their contact details and will attempt to re-deliver up to 3 times before returning.

• Unlimited Next Day Delivery (SiS Premier)
• Next Working Day Delivery
• 3-5 Working Days
• Cash on delivery (COD)

Orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next day – including on Saturdays (For example if you order at 6.45pm on a Tuesday, you’ll receive your delivery on Wednesday). Orders after 7pm will be delivered the following day – including on Sundays (For example if you order at 9pm on Friday, you’ll receive your delivery on Sunday).

Returns Policy

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of the contract, or 14 days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment refunded.

How to make returns

In the event we agree the return of a product, the product must not be opened in any way and must still be in original condition. Heat seals must not be broken.

Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.
